Paper Agile is not enough
We start with how work is really happening, not how it looks in a slide deck.
About us
MyAgile was created for organisations who like the idea of Agile but do not want a rigid framework dropped on top of their business.
Why we exist
A lot of organisations have “gone Agile” on paper. The labels changed, but the delivery pain stayed the same. MyAgile exists to address that gap.
We start with how work is really happening, not how it looks in a slide deck.
Teams need a system that clarifies priorities, roles and decisions without adding noise.
Our goal is to build internal confidence so the organisation can keep improving on its own.
How we work
What we believe
If the model feels heavier than before, something has gone wrong.
Tools amplify habits; they do not solve them. The structure has to help the work flow.
Teams can only be truly Agile if leaders create clarity, space and psychological safety.
You do not need to change everything at once. A few good habits, repeated, can shift the system.
What works for a startup will not fit a public agency or a construction firm without adaptation.
Experience
Project and programme delivery, working with teams where deadlines and dependencies are real.
Experience with SMEs, corporates and public-sector organisations that need practical change.
We have seen where Agile and Lean patterns succeed, where they fail and what makes them stick.
Our work spans leadership teams, PMOs, product functions and frontline delivery teams.
The difference
We explain things in human language, not framework jargon.
Everything we propose is designed to fit into the work people already do.
We understand the constraints, but we will still challenge habits that are holding the work back.
We would rather help you build internal confidence than create long-term reliance on external support.
